Never and I mean Ever fill out one of those internet pay day loan forms!!! I'm telling you, almost immediately after you do it, whether you get approved or not the calls start. They are down right scary! Not to mention I believed it because I have been going through some financial difficulties and thought I was going to debt jail any way! It's hard to get them to stop, but just try not to ever get them started!!!
These people are beyond ignorant! They said an audit was done and it was noticed that I never repaid a loan, in 2005!! They gave me 3 different dates, couldn't tell me who I owed money to. Then said I have been sent letters for 6 years. Well if thats the case then they knew 6 years ago I owed them money but you just told me they did an audit 2 days ago and found it. Oh and not to mention they never said where they were calling from, when I called them back they answered the phone "HELLO"! Really, you don't have a company name??!! I asked the where they work and the lady said "Temp Court Release". Say what?? What the hell is that? They said they will be taking me to court, don't know how. They gave me 2 different amounts to pay, 3 different dates that the loan was taken out (in 3 different years), they don't know who I borrowed money from. They threatened me that this company has "high paid attorneys" that will rake me over the coals! Wow!!
Some man name "Investigator Alex" tried to call me and scare me by asking for a Manfred Davis. When I asked what was this in regards to, he then tried to tell me that there has been some charged filed against him for theft and fraud! WHAT???? If that were the case then why is "Investigator Alex" trying to contact him instead of the police? The when I began to ask other questions, he hung up on me.
