Prior to this number calling me, I received 5 calls from unknown caller with no answer. Do not know if they are associated

Received a call from this number on 2017-03-18 @ approx 11am (CDT).  Caller ID said "Georgia" so I let it go to voicemail.  The voicemail was from a friend who I was expecting to return a call I made an hour before.  That friend lives in area code 405 (Oklahoma), the rest if their phone number is nowhere near this one.  Simultaneous call mix up?  Very odd.
