I have never bought from them...but get my car serviced there. And yet, they decided to call me to try to sell me a car for Black Friday. It's 2016...not 1986. I wonder how effective automated calling about black Friday sales are...especially for large planned purchases such as cars. This is gross...highly unsuccessful...and disruptive to thousands of potential customers. I mean what is the conversion rate!?!? If you need a low-cost way to advertise with better conversion...try email, social media, SEO optimization, paid search, or even SMS...again...it's 2016. Calling someone in 2016... lawlz for days. I will NEVER buy a car from them now... may not buy a Toyota again...probably wont service my car there again... and I hope they lose so much business from robo-calling people who are likely still on vacation...that they have to close their doors. Gross.
