These folks are scum who routinely ignore the law. They don't care if you are on the DNC and will become rude and abusive if you mention it. Never do business with any of the Sigman family of "home improvement" companies (gutters, siding, etc. all going by different "front" names). I made the mistake years ago - don't let them screw you too.
