which area codes? 336? gotten calls on both cells, home #, ect all day saturday and now monday. all asking to call them back with "card info ready"?? yea right.
So far I have gotten 3 calls from this number today, on the general line to the main office at my work.
Same deal each time: I pick up, give the standard greeting, and hear a few seconds of silence before a woman asks for a person who hasn't worked at the site for years. I tell her that person doesn't work here anymore, and she asks to have her new number.
The first time, I just transferred her to the main line that my work uses for robo/sales calls. The second time, I just hung up on her. Third time, I didn't even pick it up (they left no voicemail), then checked the number here.
If she calls again, I might pick it up and give her [***] about working for a phishing scam...
I have an AMEX card, but they are calling a number that is a business phone and is not listed with Amex. They have called two business numbers in addition to my home phone.
