out of area on caller id--answered phone voice stating they were conducting a survey, hung up, will block if they continue to call

Called my landline at 409 pm, 5 Mar 17, leaving a Msg for me to press a specific nr indicating where I got my news from:  TV, Internet, or Newspaper.  I'm  not pressing any nrs because it may not be a legitimate survey, but probably is.  Blocked. If u ever respond to any survey, they will call u forever!

Received a call on March 6th 2017. No message left.
