Very rude and not very patient. Demanded I get a big loan from family and friends in order to pay a debt that was from 5 years ago. Either that or prepare to be arrested in the next 24 hours for check fraud. Ask for a manager and the same person who don't know how to talk properly to a person picks up claiming to be a supervisor. They all are in one tight [***] room claiming to be working with the Federal Government. Although the number comes up under Bank of America they are "Important People"!!! Ha!! Damn scammers!!!
