This is as RIDICULOUS as it gets! How ANNOYING, RUDE, OBSCURE, and just down right UNDIGNIFIED, can a company get. It’s been 5-count them 1-2-3-4-5! Years and this jerk of a company keep calling my home, 3-4x a week, asking for someone whose name sound close, but not close enough to mine, talking about so damn debt!
[***] you got to have a job to occur debt, nothing is free, and not even this harassment is free.
It’s going to cost them their reputation and hopefully their jobs!
IT IS A S-C-A-M! They’re trying to scare any fool out there who is dumb enough to fall for There CRAP! Obviously they don’t know about the statue of limitation rule (law), because they have long run out in my book (dialing my number for over 5yrs for a missing person they can't find).
Well I’ve had A-L-L I’m going to take lying down! I’m standing up for what I know is right and this is not right! I did not threaten them. I promised them! I would post on the Internet and report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Now call my bluff! Enough is enough!

If this number is as reported above the Hanna (sp??) law firm, I believe they are in violation of federal law by misrepresenting the caller ID....any comments on this??
Keeps calling and leaves a message for a person not living at this residence which says to call a number immediatley, then says if this is not "person's name" disconnect immediately.
Yes it's Fredrick J Hannah they have numerous numbers, and this is just one of many. I just received a call and put the number in. I received three last week and when I called my debt consolidation company they are the ones that told me about googling the number. I didn't even know I could. The main problem I had was the guy who left the message had a very thick accent and I couldn't understand not a word he was saying. But My law firm knew immediately.They sometimes leave a very rude or condescending message. Sometimes it's recorded and sometimes they don't leave a message at all. I never had to deal with this stuff til I got laid off last year. It's very annoying. I have an atlanta number even though I no longer live in atlanta and i have no idea if it's from a friend or foe. I tried to make payment arrangements with them and promised to send one dollar per month until the 13,761.78 was paid in full. (less the 42 cent stamp) and they laughed at me and then became rude telling me I was a deadbeat looser. I thought that was a little ruff having explained to them that I was now disabled,and received only 450.00 per month from SSI. They are very ungrateful and unprofessional to say the least!
