Robocall Scammer - Do not answer but you should block this number. Called my cell and I never answer if I don't see a name I know on the caller id. Called number back using Skype and got an automated message "The survey you are calling about has already ended." and then it hangs up.
Left message offering free trip for completing survey. I didn't listen any longer after that. I don't answer calls with unfamiliar names or numbers. Number blocked.
