Robocall Scammer - Do not answer but you should block this number. Called my cell and I never answer if I don't see a name I know on the caller id. Called number back using Skype and got an automated message "The survey you are calling about has already ended." and then it hangs up.
What possible thought process suggested that we called you, or your caller reads your posts here?

404 850 7189 call at 9:15am and didn't say anything. The phone sat quiet for about 15 seconds after I just answered without saying anything. The call was disconnected. Avoid answering unknown or identified on caller ID!
