so this number 404-855-7905 has been calling my cell phone and then now my work phone. they just leave a recording message about it being ACP about an item being returned from my bank. have no idea what is going on but do not like them calling me or my work. i could loose my job. what to do???
Got a lovlily phone call from mrs. Aiden Edwards this morning, threatning like always, just like the one's from Texas, it gets passed around as you can see. I have been dealing with this since 2008, can't seem to get a address cause my attorney would love to make pig feed out of them. Like he said this morning and every time, they call keep track of numbers times, dates, and names. Don't pay anything, have a little fun with them, hangup, tell them to kiss your @@@, I see you in court, ask for a mailing address, and remeber do not give them anything, this is a scam they can not do anything, and just wait til we get ahold of them and what there going to haft to pay, harassment, to me, familly, freinds and possablly loss of job depending on how often they call them, stress, ect. I feel the pain we will get these crooks.

They have called with ID showing State of California, State of Texas and other numbers including the number above and 404-855-7905.
They are 'spoofing' their numbers and in violation of fair credit collection activities in which a collection agency must properly ID themselves. Further, they are violating laws in regards to mis reprsentation or a State agency. This is fraud.
They are also threating criminal fraud and wore transfer fraud cases against myself and I have read elsewhere that they have / are doing the same to many others. This is unlawfull and completely bogus.
They are a third party collection agency and have bought the debt in question with an attempt to collect. Being that they are not the originator of the load to the debter, they do not even have any legal recourse to collect and can not even file a civil law suit.
Contact the FTC and your local state Attorney General and report them. Also report to the AG in the state that they are reportedly calling from.
DOn't give any details. Also record all calls and advise that you are recording the calls. They will quickly hangup after stating something threatening like an affidavit will be sent to the state / county for your arrest, etc. Again, complete BS...
I keep getting calls from Aiden Edwards. Have no idea who this person is. I don't use checks, so I really have no idea why they keep calling me. I am in the process of getting an attorney. Once I do that, hopefully the calls will stop. Just make sure you don't give out any information to them.
I recieved a phone call stateing that i would have to pay this amount that i have not made from three different payday cash loans. They said that i never paid on them but yet i never took them out. They told me that they were goingto send a summons to my couty for my arresst if i did not pay the amount. when i asked if y\they would send me a letter via mail they told me that they did not have to send me it by mail. And they said even if they sent me the letter through the mail it would not get to me befor the summons was to the sheriff. She sid that they just snd me a letter email to check it and i did.
