Calls from 404-888-3333 leave long empty spaces on my answering machine. A reverse search shows that the number is registered to Carter & Associates-Oncor RL Estate - Property Management & Leasing in Atlanta, Georgia, but I know know for certain that this is where the calls actually originate from.
