I got the same message "Your Credit Union debit card has a pending alert. Call now toll free: 404-891-1102 and follow instructions to resolve this alert." I never had such debit card. I also with T-Mobile. I think, whoever initiated those messages somehow got internal T-Mobile data.

I did call T-Mobile and ask to investigate a possible data leak.
Received same text message this morning. This is a phishing attempt. Do not call the number listed or provide the information requested. If you did provide the requested information you should call your financial institution as soon as possible to report that your card has been compromised.
