Re- Pissed Off Gun Owner and Tom
I wouldn't be surprised if it was a collection agency (404-891-6935) using the telemarketing bit (Worldwide Commerce Associates) as a ploy to try to obtain information about you, the owner of the phone number. That way they can know for sure if they've found their victim, er, target.
Ever since I moved close to the border last year and picked up this new land line number I've been receiving weird calls from all over the U.S. The internet has been very helpful in identifying all the scammers and sales campaigns. (Apparently TD is on a bender right now.)
Thanks to all for the added info.
Got a call from this number (404-891-6935) today. No msg left. Caller ID showed as "Debt Solns WCA". I don't know about the "W", but I'm going to assume the full name is Debt Solutions "W" Collection Agency unless I find out otherwise. Since I've been getting calls from collector A** H***s for almost eight years for someone who doesn't live here.... Sure would like to get my hands on one of them.
Thanks 'Tired of Telemarketers' for providing us another number from WCA Subscriber Service.
Asking permission from you to add this number (786-358-5664) to the Blocked Numbers List.....
Also, if this is truly from WCA, You can go to this link to be put on their no call list.....

It's not a collection agency...company name "Worldwide Commerce Associates subscriber services"....
check out there website....

For your problem, call your elected representatives(MP, MPP) for help.
... but I didn't pick up. Never do with weird numbers I don't recognize. They left no message.
THANK YOU Julia!! for starting this website to allow ordinary people to fight back against stupidity and intrusions of privacy by companies and indindividuals that have no morals and have been using the letter of the law (rather than its spirit) to annoy and pester people.
