Who called from 4049025768

Received call hung up when answered man on other end. Call came in local number its a cell phone.

rec'd a call, 3/18/14

I don't think this number has called here before.  CallerID just says 'cell phone Georgia.'  The caller left no message.    Nothing much else was found on the internet about this number.

Audio of call/voice was bad. When this number called it also said "local number" even though it's out of our area.  It was a man asking for name of someone who does live here.  When asked what it was about they said what sounded like "never mind" and hung up.
Individual on the "WhoCalledMe" site says "The caller hung up. When I called back they said to press 1 to be added to their do not call list, but now that I'm researching the number they appear to be a scammer."  Comment dated 2/27/14.
