I answered. After a long silence, someone said hello. I asked who it was: "Greg." And what organization are you from? "American Protection" I thanked him, said that I would be reporting him and hung up.
Oh joy - another DNC list-violating scammer. Gotta love the caller ID "Acme Protection". I'd like to drop one of those Acme anvils on whomever is behind this number!
Wylie E Coyote wants to break into your house....don't fall for their scam. Protect my house??... In my deepest Swiss voice, I am Sig Sauer and I may protect this occupant before the armed guard shows up unless the anvil falls first. IN my Tweetie Bird accent...Did I do dat?
12/20 16:30 PST I get to join the club, lucky me. Oddly enough, my emergency alert went off earlier today and now I am getting a call from Acme Protection. Wonder if there is any connection. Also have a home security system, but never have any contact with them since the house seems pretty secure. Whatever the case may be, I tried returning the call and got a recorded voice saying he was Greg and hello several times before it disconnected. There was no actual message left and I haven't been to GA in 30 yrs.
1:51 pm Dec 19th "Acme Protection" - no message left & did not answer. Now on the blocked call list. ProCallBolcker. Gunna get a Panasonic that has 250 numbers available for blocking. My phone company only allows 30. The ProCallBlocker holds 250, but it is a piece of junk.
