I got a call today(12/3/12) at 1:15 pm from this number and a guy answered and spoke perfect English, and sounded like a telemarketer. I said Hello again, and another woman got on the line along with the guy, and sounded foreign, asking for my neice's name. I replied that I was not her, and the guy told the woman that she must have the wrong number. I have never had that happen before. I looked the number up as I thought perhaps it was someone with an operator's assistance trying to make a collect call to be billed to my home number. If anyone has any additional info about this number, please post and let us know.

I have gotten two calls now today from this number, once at 3:30 and once at 5:30. I read this thread and I also responded to a Target gift card that I had 'won' and remember typing in my number to something (even though they already had my number because they notified me through text message.
