Who called from 4049359112

This number has called my family's place of business along with ALL of our relatives to get a hold of an uncle of mine, supposedly because his social security number is being used illegally.  The man on the other end of the phone implied that he was with a federal agency of some sort but would not name it, he also implied that legal action was going to be taken.  The number is completely unlisted and I cannot find any information on WHO these people are.  But anyone taking enough time to look up ALL our relatives and our company is going WAY over the line.  It all seems a little sketchy to me.

That number just called me and did the same thing...who are these people??

They called and left a message about my social too......this has got me the dumbest way to people's attention.

They called my job and said it was in reference to my DL#  Ms. battle? Weird.....

They called and left me a message, said I defaulted on a payday loan. So I'm guessing they are a collection agency.
