First off all, learn to speak and spell English. You sound like a Moron. Second, anyone that has a debt for example a credit card, they can hack into those and get your personal information. They don't even have to have a debt to do it. They have been calling my daughter for the last two-years. They claim she took out a payday loan and now she is going to jail. My daughter is 5. Really????
You clearly are all what we refer to as a "debtor". There is nothing wrong with being in debt. People go into debt everyday. They take out a car loan or a mortgage and now they owe someone. I think the word debtor does have a negative implication to it. I believe it is because most debtors that get the most press are the ones that don't pay their bills. The question is, which one are you? Do you honestly sit behind your computer and post to this message board knowing that you are right? Knowing in your heart that you never took out this loan? How about Mark, he took his kids name and SS# then took out a loan and is now claiming fraud. Who is the fraud now? All of you posting here are frauds and have no business even owning a computer when you still have outstanding debts.
News flash, collection agencies only exist because you do not pay your bills. If everyone lived within their means and paid their bills then collection agencies would go extinct.
DEBTORS PLEASE STOP BEING VICTIMS OF YOUR OWN BAD DECISIONS.
I DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
I AM NOT POSTING IN THEIR DEFENSE. IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE SOME OF YOU GET HONEST AND STOP USING THE INTERNET AS A MEANS TO GET OUT OF PAYING YOUR BILLS.
You can file a complaint with your Attorney General's office on line and the FBI. Hopefully you kept all of their info, because you will need their name, phone, date and time of calls and transactions.
