Who called from 4049363498

Scam cell phone robot-call saying about IRS has a case filed and to call them.
Obvious scam. IRS sends letters.

I received a call from 404-936-3498 stating it was the IRS and to call back.

I receiveda  call from 404-936-3498 claiming to be from the IRS and for me to call back.  I called back knowing the IRS never contacts by phone and confronted the guy about that.  He said then why are you calling me back.

I was being told IRS  had a case against me.
I do not owe anything to the government.  I did not give IRS my number
