This is a scam. The caller starts off with "Oh I'm sorry but I dropped my headset" It is intended to take you off guard then starts with giving you details about a Disney vacation and cruise that includes all meals. When I said take me off your list, I found out this was not a live person but a recording and started to ask questions looking for a YES answer first one being "are you between the ages of 18-70". I answered NO and the call was terminated.
Similar to Pat, only at the end did I realize it was a recording. Same deal: she said something at the beginning like "dropped by headset" or some other patter. Said that I had "once stayed at one of their resorts", which is exceptionally unlikely. When I asked "what resort did I stay at", that is when their AI kicked in and responded "I'm sorry, all I can do is ask if we can ask you a few questions first", at which point I said "no" and they hung up.
Recorded call where they pretended to have a bad signal "This is ___ from the Customer Service Department, can you hear me okay?" When I asked which customer service department and realized it was a recording, I hung up.
