they called me today and said the were going to get a warrant for me and they knew the judge in the town I live and I am glad that I google the number and found out it a scam
They called me today. Some woman named Nancy Blackwell left a message and said that she was calling from Fraud Investigations. She said that my name had come up as a next of kin for some person with the same last name of mine, whom I have NEVER heard of. She said that it was "imperative that either I or my retained attorney" contact this number immediately. Then she said "Govern yourself accordingly. Good Luck." What the heck?? It didn't even sound legitimate. I work for attorneys and my first thought was that this was nothing but a scam. I am going to report the number.
