Who called from 4049373661

I got the same message,  and when I called back I got a message that the mailbox was full. That raised a red flag in my book.

Total scam people. Message on vm saying a returned check from my bank. And for me or my attorney to call back. Yo yo yo lady that called me, :) run from this scam company, the managing members of this scam are weak and dispicable people. All is good at my bank. No returned checks. THIS IS A BRUTAL SCAM ALL.  I feel most for those that are experiencing financial difficulties, they are our people, Americans, and these other dispicable Americans are preying on their brethren, American brothers. Just wrong. Don't fall for this. And for the young girl (sounded young) who called, I hope you read this thread and find in you the beast you have become. A terrorist, yes, a terrorist, a financial terrorist. Listen to my guidance young lady, YOU ARE BEING PAWNED! GET ANOTHER JOB AND SAVE YOURSELF.

I get calls and they identify themselves as Brewton Law Firm, telling me I have a returned check from my bank.   I googled this place and found an email:    [email protected]        I email them to ask them to send me documentation of who/what they say I owe and they send me back an email letter that tells me I owe $2780.00 to them because they have been retained by Bahama Marketing Group (BMG) they specify.   They go on to say to contact Nadine Riley in the legal dept  678-885-9770.  Their address is:  Brewton Law Firm, LLC, Receivables Management   1755 The Exchange Ste 204, Atlanta GA  30339
I am sending this to the Atty General's office.   I have NEVER done business with a Bahama Marketing Group and certainly NEVER in my life had this much debt other than a car and I pay for that monthly.   This is FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gmail? A free web based email address that anyone in the world can get?
"Join Bluehost now and get a FREE domain name"
The site was registered with 'BlueHost' a FREE web hosting service. There are many red flags here. Tell them to send you something by US Mail (not fax, text, or email).

I received a voicemail on my company phone - a recording of a female stating she was calling from Burton Law Firm about an item which was returned from my bank; and, that it would be in my best interest to call back as they are expecting my call.  No way am I going to call them back --there are several Burton Law Firms - and NONE of them have this number.
