They threatened to file criminal charges agaisnt me and suspend my driver licences If i dont pay over $1000.00 for a $255.00 loan 6 yrs ago. I asked if i can see documents of where an extra $745.00 fee come from. I was told by them to pay the balance first and then i can see documents, and if i dont pay, they will press charges and i will go to jail for a felony fraud, this sound crazy to me, the lady hung up the phone on me 3 times when i asked reasonable questions about taking care of this matter
The same thing happened to my brother. They called me looking for him. They told me they are calling from the state attorney's office. After my brother called then, they threatened to file felony charges for unpaid loan from 7 years. Scam!
Same experience. ..called my sister in law saying I was being investigated. And also left a message on my phone saying that I was being investigated for fraud and I needed to contact them or have my attorney call.
