They've been trying to get hold of me for 2 months now on an account I paid to NCO back in December. They are also not licensed to collect in my state so they pretty much can't do anything to me which is why they keep calling and threatening action but do nothing about it for two months. Every time they call it's "return this call before 5pm today". Today it was 12 noon they wanted a return call by. Idiots! Soooo sick of hearing "Agent Taft's" whiny foreign voice. You would think they'd get the picture after no return call for two months straight! Also, I would suggest that you never answer the phone because that is probably why they call incessantly. They just called me today for the first time saying the same thing! When I pressed the #1 button to tell them they have the wrong person, all that was there was silence and then it hung up on me! Before I had hit the #1 button I listened to the rest of the message. It said that if it had gotten voice mail that I had 24 hours to reply.
