this man called my parents saying he was a cop and that my sister was going to be aressted if she dont call them bac that she was in big trouble and would be arrested on sight it was all [***] im sure eventually he would ask for money to bail her out is all a scam
I received a call from 404-973-2113, James Cox - saying he was going to sue me for a payday loan I took out 3 years ago - I never took one from SSM, LLC and hung up on him. SCAM!!
This man James Cox called me and ask for my son said that he needed to talk to him. ask what it was about and he said that they were going to file papers on my son for check fraud and theft by deception
and that he needed to talk to my son.
Just got a call from this man...threatening me on my voicemail that I have two claims for fraud against me. This would be impossible...going to call him back and give him my opinion on his threatening calls!
I too have been contacted by james cox. I had a payday loan out there and had it repaid and closed. they say it was from vince interprise, which i did have a payday loan from. what should i tell them.
