Who called from 4049749150

Lady called from this number, asked for my wife (who wasn't home).  Told her she wasn't home and asked if I could take a message.  Caller hung up immediately without responding.

Someone called from this number, but hung up when the fax machine was about to start.

Number comes in on my phone daily since 8-10-08.  The first time I picked up, I heard a fax machine.  Now I don't pick up.  Is this someone calling from a calling card.  I can block from my home number but the call comes in on my cell phone.
