This is cox's quality assurance department. If you've recently hooked up new service or moved yours then they call to make sure they didn't screw anything up. They call themselves the DiGis for some reason, probably some acronym for how badly they're screwing us all over.
I didnt answer, because the color id showed "The Digi's" and listed the number. I had no clue who the digi's were. But I did just switch my service with cox to a new address. So if they call back I know to answer
