I didnt answer, because the color id showed "The Digi's" and listed the number. I had no clue who the digi's were. But I did just switch my service with cox to a new address. So if they call back I know to answer
I received a call from them this morning. I ordered Cox Cable in August 2009 (I was a Directv customer for 11 years). This weekend October 17, 2009, I ordered/added HBO to my service with Cox. That number called me today (October 19, 2009), but I didn't answer. They did not leave a message either.
They called me yesterday. I have Cox everything (literally) except phone. I don't need a home phone. They can't seem to get it through their thick skull that I don't want phone service from them. He finally said "well OK" and hung up.
