Who called from 4052934204

When I answered there was a beep and then nothing???

I recieved a phone call from this number and did not answer it but when I tried calling back it was a recording for signing up for something and offered a daily drawing of $50 to $100.  I am not sure how they got my number but I have been receiving calls like this since I got my I-phone???

I got a call from this number, it said thanks for registering Im worried it is some kind of scam and my bill is going to go up now?

I also got a call from this number and it was a loud beed sound and then nothing..

just got a call from this number about 5min ago I called it back its something about wca subscribers giveaway and rhey want you to take a survey.
