Sounded like a Robocall. Female voice sounded like it was computer generated. The message was about IRS going to sue me...Blah, Blah, Blah, with several phone numbers I am to call. Did not respond. According to the TV news media, this is a phishing scam and the IRS would contact via "snail mail" about such matters. Call blocked the number.
