Called cell but no message left?

They're running some insurance scam.  I finally answered after 10 missed calls from them and they asked me for very personal information to "compare" my car insurance with theirs.

Called me 2 times no message left.

I answered, they hung up. They called several weeks ago, too, rolled to voicemail and left no message.

Keeps calling, three times this week but never left  message. Says it is from Bethany. Guess I will pick up next time and maybe they will stop
