I just got a call did not answer as I do not know anyone in Oklahoma. I am on the state and federal do not call list as well!

I was wondering how they target their calls. Is it a random dialer? Do they have a list? Or do they target an area? I'm in Trinidad, CO. Anyone else in the S. Colorado area?
