First they call from a blocked/restricted number and when you pick up no one answers, almost like they're checking to see if the line is active.
Then after about 10 minutes the calls start coming from the 405-419-1899 number with a recording tell you to hold for a live rep.(this is illegal in some states, you must have a live person on the phone not a recording when telemarketing).
Recording says "hold to update Google 411 listing".
I got a call from Google yesterday and they just verified my business address and hung up, no sales pitch.
The number was correct area code for nor Cal/bay area so it was most likely real.

Why are these obvious frauds not shut down. The government works on health care which we don't need their help, and ignores enforcing the law and arresting and jailing these scammers whereby we do need their help.
