I had my son at a doctor's appt, and I saw this number call me. Seeing it was a local call, and thinking it was a specialist call, I answered. The guy started talking about debt. I told him I didn't have time to discuss it, because I was busy with a sick child. Then, he very snottily lectured me that it wasn't his problem, I'm the one who chose to answer the phone, and then continued on with whatever he was saying.
