This is a collection firm CAC Financial out of Oklahoma City. They are somehow affiliated with Morgan & Associates law firm. They love to threaten suit and make you bow down to them and talk to you like YOU are the one who is a worthless piece of dung. I mean, come on ... this is a law firm. Has anyone heard a lawyer joke that wasn't true?
I thought phone calls to cell phones wasn't allowed. Where's the law on that??? I wish they'd STOP calling me cause they never really say what it's about when they leave messages. They really shouldn't leave such long so called "private" messages when they really don't know who's listening to it.

You realize what you just said, right? ...If phone calls to cell phones werent allowed, then we would all be breaking the law. TELEMARKETER phone calls to cells is illegal, or.. was. I'm not sure any more since they released the phone numbers a couple years back.
And if this is a collection agency, they're typically not allowed to leave messages. Or, if they CAN.. they are NOT allowed to say what its about or who its about, because it is illegal to talk about some one's debt to a person who does not owe the debt.
Yes this is CAC Financial Corp (aka Morgan & Associates). I would love to complain about a certain employee of theirs for calling me at my work and then denying it. Read your rights on debt collection or how to stop calls & etc.
I fully plan to pay for the $1000 medical bill, but not in the amounts they are trying to wrangle me into. This one employee is a real bi@tch, and I know the name she gave me is fake, which breaks another FDCPA law.
