oh my goshhhhh is shaun the only one that works there. I talked to shaun from that 405-425-1500 number yesterday. He is extremely rude. Is he the only one that works there, because i spoke with him as well. that is sooo weird man.
I HAVE NOT LIVED AT THE HOME OF MY PARENTS FOR ABOUT 9 YEARS AND THESE PEOPLE ARE CALLING THE HOME OF MY PARENTS AND GIVING OUT INFORMATION ABOUT WHY THEY ARE CALLING FOR ME! ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL TO GIVE OUT IF IT IS NOT THE PERSON YOU ARE CALLING FOR? AND ANOTHER THING, HOW DO THEY HAVE THE NUMBER OF MY PARENTS WHEN I HAVE NOT LIVED THERE IN YEARS?
Alliance One calls and continuouly says my mother (now deceased) owes a bill from Romoan's that was settled by Morgan & Associates with an employee named Caramie. Caramie continues to say that she mailed a letter that the account was settled. Now the account is given to Alliance One. Caramie promises to call Alliance One and have the calls stopped.
"Rebecca" is calling for "katherine". No such person is here with me. And to top it all off don't they have to say what the hell they're looking for the person with? It's just a "call me back at this number" without saying who they are working for.
