Craigslist Scam!! I have a wedding dress posted (in central florida) and got this reply when asked if the dress was still available:

Thanks for the email,i am buying the dress for the bride as a a gift for her wedding.I am the pastor to the bride and really want to surprise her with this present.I am ok with the price of the dress and will also include an extra $50 for the shipping to the bride's resident and please let me know if the money if not enough for the shipping.My mode of payment will be through Bank Certified Check and will wait till you have the cash in hand before the shipping to the bride.Reply me with your information such as your full name and address with a phone number to mail out the check and also you can have the posting deleted secure my purchase.

The address doesn't exist and I found others that had the same exact e-mail but with a different phone number. Beware.
Just got the same email as everyone else. I listed my wife's wedding dress from her first marriage on craigslist. I thought it sounded funny that someone from OK would be looking at my local craigslist ad. Thanks to everyone else for posting that this has happened before.
We posted my wedding dress from a previous marriage also. I have been contacted three times. All three have been scams. Its so frustrating to not be able to just sell something and to have to be bothered by people like this. It would be nice if people would just make money the honest way.

I got an email from him about my wedding dress. Though he used the name Phillip helb with me. I assumed it was a scam which is why I decided to google the number he gave me
I also received an email from a Philip Helb responding to a wedding dress I have for sale on Craigs List. It said:
Hello,
Do you still have this dress for sale cause i would really love to have it!(405) 562-6982
I called the number and got a message saying the party I am trying to reach is not available and I could leave a message. I hung up and googled scam for this number and found this feedback. I will now report this emal as scam and delete it. Thanks everyone!
