Yes it is. Nobody knows where they are located--been going by the name of Intell Direct. Just a group of white collar criminals that no one has been able to locate. Ignore and block the calls.
I too got a call today for this 405-673-5800 and didn't answer. When I went to my voicemail they left a threat that they would put this person in jail for whatever. They refused to leave a name. So I called them back and spoke to a Mr. Bellamy. He said he would put my number on DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!
Inktel Direct is what was given as the company name when calling the number back.
Confirmed my name and they wanted the last four of SS#. I told them I would confirm it if it was correct. That is as far as it got because they wanted to confirm the last four if I gave the first five. I told them this is not "lets make a deal".
I got a call from (405) 673-5800 looking for my husband. A message was left by half robot half women is stated "(husbands full name) I am calling from The Process of Summons Division I'm calling to notify you that there will be two charges filed against you in your county looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and your Social Security number. I do need to make you aware of your legal rights to address your charges prior to them being filed against you you would need to do so before you receive your summons at your place of employment or your home address once you are served your rights will be forfeited" then the robot left a case # and phone# and the women returned to state "You will need to speak with someone in their legal department." And hung up! I called back several times it asked me to enter a case number but it didn't work and their mailbox was full. By my third attempt I finally go a man who didn't give his name but did say I reached Intell Direct and he spoke so fast I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Finally I told him look if you can't talk clearer than that I need you to remove my number from your call list. He mumbled something and then said okay we will remove your number stated my husbands name and told me to have a blessed day and hung up. How he knew my husbands name I don't know because I never gave him ANY INFORMATION!!!
I'm worried because I don't know if this is legit or not...
