Who called from 4057994831

this number keeps calling over and over every 5-10 minutes they do not leave a message and when I called them back a recorder said this number is no longer in service.  I am certain it is another spoof foreign call of crooks looking to rip someone off it is listed as CHS ASSOC I've blocked them with the CPR call blocker but it still rings once they aare probably the same crooks just trying out new numbers :(

What the heck sick of getting call from number above.... rings like once first time two or three next time ... Hello I'm on the do not call list what is the point if it if get stupid calls regardless! So annoying!!!! Don't answer if don't know number to many scammers and hackers !!! If u want to talk to me and I miss the call then leave a message...right...!!!!!

The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said.    They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
