Caller ID "CHS ASSOC", Did not leave a message, Tried to call them back, over and over and over again! They will finally cut you off at 21 rings! After you have done this many times they block your number, try it! it works!
UPDATE! After some research, we have figured out that the number that is coming in on Caller ID as "CHS ASSOC" is a fax number for a law office in Oklahoma City. We called their actual land line "405-415-3017' twice and left two messages. The first message was immediately followed up with another call from the fax number of 405-799-4831. It is quite evident they have most likely been hacked and someone is using the fax number 405-799-4831 as a "false call back number" or they are not a legitimate organization. As of this moment we have not had another call back after the second message we left!
