Who called from 4059729077

Blocked this number weeks ago keeps calling. I Never answered no idea who it is.

The number calls my cell phone, rings once then nothing.  Really annoying !

If it is a computer generated called (which it probably is) then the computer calls several numbers at once. Out of all those numbers it calls, whoever answers first is the person the computer/telemarketer talks to.   All other numbers gets a hang-up.
