We rceived a call from these scammers yesterday after work hours, with the same idiotic message about government grants, yadda, yadda, yadda. I pressed the number to talk to someone and then blew my whistle in his ear. Unfortunately, the whistle popped out of my mouth before I could get a really good shriek going. I called it back and requested a supervisor and a smart a** answered and when I said I am on the national do not call list he shouted really loud in my ear "CONGRATULATIONS! then slammed the receiver down.
