It was a political recording...  I hung up immediately.  Where are the teeth in the "Do not call" laws?

keeps calling with voice recording in various parts of a message.  How can I get rid of them?

Caller ID says Cellular Call.  Recorded message regarding federal stimulus money available for small businesses.  Tried to opt out, received busy signal.

Govt. program scam

We've received robocalls from 406-426-3277 on an almost daily basis.  Called Quest, the phone company and they want $5.50 a month to block this number!!!  And they wonder why people are dropping their service.
