I was in the middle of an urgent, important call with my sister, which I was having trouble with already due to her poor wireless connection. The call was interrupted by beeps from this stupid number. I kept trying to talk to my sister, but the beeps kept up and somehow we got disconnected. Then I hung up the phone so I could try calling her back. When I picked up the phone, a recorded voice was in the middle of a speil, so I hung up again and waited. I tried again, but the voice was still rambling. I could not disconnect from the call. I hung up and picked up again and heard a man's voice saying something about "account" and a screamed in his ear, "Get off my f...ing phone!" I was sooooo mad! I hung up the phone again and waited. Finally, those rotten lousy jerks let me have my connection back.
How can an incoming call like that one take over your connection so you can't get rid of them? This has happened to me before with "annoyance calls."
I get this call as well as another one that says unknown name unknown number and I am on the do not call list. Nothing annoys me more than picking up the phone and getting hung up on.
This is SCAM to get your private information to bilk your bank accounts and get your credit card information, etc... they call from a CELL PHONE - this time it was somewhere outside of Billings, Montana -- Hang Up and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION -- THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!
I got the call and I paid off all my cards 3 months ago and they were fishing for card information and were offering a low intrest rate of 6%. The man told me I had a balance of $3500 on my visa and mastercard and knew it was fake and wanted info and when I said there was somthing crazy about the call he hung up. Be carful on the phone, no one is going to be nice and and give you money
