I'm shocked!!  I have just filed bankruptcy, and I see this company on my caller id. It says "Loan Mod Dept".  Now tell me what loans I would need to modify?

received a call 7am today and yesterday around the same time from a different 406 number.  It shows up as an unknown caller, no message.

I received a call from this number too. It says loan mod dept. the funny part is I dont have any loans or credit cards.Of course they don't leave a message on the answering machine.

Every week I get a call from this bogus number and would like to get it stopped......
