Called my son's phone today.  WTH?

Keep getting calls from  406-478-2009 and the caller ID says "Procedures"
we do not answer and they never leave a message........

Glad to see you are checking your own number out, a-hole!  You will see that I was NOT LYING.  People are complaining about this number.  You tried to tell me this wasn't the case but here they are.
