Reported this number 406-478-2356 to the FTC, upon investigation it was found the number cannot be reported to the FTC do not call registry since it has been a non working number for more than 31 days in the State of MT.
The telephone company in MT stated this is a non working number, thus whomever is making these calls does so through some type of phone number emulation, hence the way the name of the city & state are written in the caller ID bar.
They have been calling all day-5 times today-the last time I told them I was going to call the Attorney Generals Office and sue them. They are calling from India and somehow looping through a US number. There is a long lag time with echo that is distinctive of long distance calls. I also called the number back and reached the recording and did press "1" to be placed on the do not call list (that was after call number 4). I won't say what I really think of these types of jerks.
