Just got a call, it says Sidney, MT as far as location on my iPhone. They've now called at least 3 times that I am aware of and every time as soon as you answer it disconnects. Almost as if it's checking to see if the line is a good phone #, for instance, do they get a answering machine or a live answer or whatever.
I'm in the data compilation industry. I'd recommend you save the number in your phone so you know what it is and any time this number calls let it go to voice mail or an answering machine. Dollars to dimes you'll stop getting the calls from this number eventually.
Caller says she is from Heart Check and is offering a free heart screening. After I said, "No, thank you", she kept talking and pitching the service so I hung up.
I recently received diabetic test strips that I ordered online from Amazon; I will have to look at the company name because now I am receiving calls from this number. I haven't answered it and thanks to the messages here, I never will! But that must be how that got my number. I put it in my contact list under "Sales call do not answer"---that way when they call I just hit ignore.
Received a call 4/29/11. Caller asked for the homeowner, and when I asked who was calling,
she replied Lone Star Roofing. I told her I was not interested and hung up. Caller ID showed
unknown name.
