this is the most annoying caller theres no sound & keeps ringing every 5 minutes, theres should be steep penelty for this kind of calls now i have rmvd cell phone battery for 1hr hope to remove this monster
The answer is simple. It is called Call Rejection. For Qwest users, dial *78. For Comcast dial *60.
Follow the Prompts. You will be entering the phone number of the pesky caller, and all further calls from that number will be rejected. Your phone won't even ring.
You can find this information in the front of your phone book under Phone Service Pages. If you do not see the information, call your provider. I believe this service is available from all telephone companies.
